Ingredients:
- For the crust:
- 1 medium-sized cauliflower head, florets removed

- 1 large egg

Instructions:
- Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Pulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor until they resemble rice-like grains.
- Transfer the processed cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 4-5 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes.
- Squeeze Out Moisture:
- Once the cauliflower is cool enough to handle, place it in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. This step is crucial to getting a crispy crust!
- Mix & Shape the Crust:
- Transfer the squeezed cauliflower to a mixing bowl. Add Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and egg. Mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto the parchment paper, shaping it into a circle, and gently flatten to create your desired crust thickness.
- Bake the Crust:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.
- Add Toppings:
